Two Doctors, One Plan for Your Care
Dr. Mohammed Ali Waris, DDS
Dr. Waris earned his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2020 and has treated patients in Fredericksburg ever since. A member of the American Dental Association and trained in Invisalign, he regularly teaches and mentors other dentists, and takes the time to explain what’s going on before recommending any next step.
Dr. Mohamed Arafa
Dr. Arafa owns Advanced Dental Care of Fredericksburg and focuses his practice on implant dentistry and oral surgery. He places and restores implants himself (from single-tooth replacements to full-arch cases) so patients don’t have to be referred out for part of their care. He works closely with the team to plan each case before recommending next steps.

Your first visit runs about 60 minutes. It includes a full exam with the doctor, X-rays, a digital scan of your mouth, and a sit-down conversation about what we found and what (if anything) we recommend next.
Yes. We always make room for dental emergencies the same day, whether it’s a broken tooth, a lost filling, or sudden pain. Call the office and we’ll get you in.
We’re in-network with most major PPO plans and accept Medicaid. Call ahead and our team will check your specific plan before your visit.
